Nobel was opened back in 1996, and since then, Nobel has continued to grow and become a well known Greek restaurant in the busy Keilor Road district in Niddrie, (Melbourne, Australia).

Having strong family support behind them, Alex and Maria both from food business background, have continued to run this restaurant with utmost dedication, thriving in building it to what it is today.  Their passion, to make sure that every customer is treated like family, has not gone unnoticed.  Walk in there today, and you are sure to see to see this family friendly venue, buzzing with chatter, hellos, good byes, and conversations of staff to guests who have been visiting this place for many years now. 

Alex's late father Christos, who introduced his love for cooking, and his mother Maria (giagia), who, till now, contributes to the home style, very old school, both in preparation, cleanliness and looking after all customers as though they are her guests at home. 

Now with the third generation coming through, Alex and Maria have decided to continue working in the business, to do to their kids, what was done for them by their parents.
